Job summary

Wipro Philippines Inc. is seeking a Team Lead (Collections) in Quezon City, Manila. The role focuses on ensuring process adherence per client contract and leading a team in mortgage originations collections.

You will brief the team, present performance metrics, and coordinate with the client on updates and changes. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of mortgage collections experience, strong adherence to processes, and the ability to drive improvements through RCA and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

Mortgage originations experience is required.
1–3 years in collections or mortgage operations.
Strong process adherence and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure process is executed as per the client contract.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefs to focus on quality and contract adherence.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance data with the client.
Interact with the client and communicate updates and changes to the team.
Review performance metrics and conduct RCA to improve quality parameters.
Prepare presentations on performance data for management and client review.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure flawless delivery.
Participate in forecasting with the WFM team to determine required agents.
Organize team engagement activities and identify automation opportunities; provide data to automation team.
