Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive digital visibility for a major U.S. mortgage lender. The role is onsite in Makati/Ortigas, with night shift hours and weekends off, offering a broad range of benefits and a clear path for professional growth.

You will manage online updates, perform compliance reviews, create and audit profiles, and coordinate lead profiles to support loan officers. This position emphasizes accuracy, regulatory awareness, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the BPO industry
• Experience in auditing, financial services, insurance, banking, information technology, business operations, or leadership
• Experience conducting internal or external audits or applying audit, risk, or compliance expertise within a complex operational and regulatory environment
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve requests within the digital traffic case queue.
• Implement website updates based on loan officer requests.
• Review and audit external websites to identify and address compliance issues.
• Create user accounts, listings, and profiles across social media and reputation management platforms.
• Configure third-party lead profiles and purchases according to loan officer requirements.
• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure that completed requests meet operational and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with loan officers and internal stakeholders to clarify requests and complete updates efficiently.
