Job summary

Biosolutions International Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to join our expanding team. This on-site role focuses on planning, design, and supervision of modular, prefabricated structures across the Philippines.

You will work with engineers and project teams, review drawings, ensure quality standards, and support site inspections. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and PE licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (Board Passer) is required.
• At least 3 years of related experience in construction, design, supervision, or site management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, construction materials, and QA standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specs.
• Knowledge in modular/prefabricated construction is an advantage.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive.
• Willing to be assigned nationwide and work on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design and implementation of civil and structural works for modular and prefabricated projects.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and progress monitoring to ensure timelines and standards.
• Support preparation of estimates, BOM, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and construction teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure on-site safety, environmental, and engineering compliance.
• Provide technical support and recommendations during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit engineering reports, site observations, and quality assessments.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure project specs are followed.
