Job summary

Electrical Equipment & System Integration, Inc. (EESI) is seeking a Modernization Sales Specialist to drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing modernization opportunities for existing elevator and escalator systems.

You will partner with building owners, facility managers, consultants, and internal teams to deliver tailored modernization solutions that improve safety, performance, and compliance with current standards.

Qualifications

• Identify and pursue modernization opportunities within existing customer portfolios and new prospects.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine modernization needs and scope.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and technical solutions to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including building owners, facility managers, and consultants. Provide expert guidance on modernization benefits, timelines, and ROI.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of modernization projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate pricing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine modernization strategies.
