Job summary

Lightforce Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized Modern Trade Sales Coordinator to support the daily operations of our modern trade business. The role requires coordinating store activities, monitoring displays and inventory, and ensuring timely sales reporting.

You will work closely with field personnel, customers, and management to achieve sales and operational goals, travel to various store locations, and assist in branch openings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/marketing/management.
• 1–2 years in sales coordination, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong merchandising, inventory management, and store operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store visits to monitor displays, stock, and branch compliance.
• Coordinate with branch promodisers to ensure effective merchandising and sales execution.
• Assist in identifying store locations and supporting modern trade expansion initiatives.
• Support inventory management and product pullouts.
• Assist in branch openings, decorations, and renovations.
• Coordinate product deliveries and order fulfillment with delivery services.
