Job summary

The Knotify Workforces Corp. is hiring a Workforce Management Analyst in Quezon City to support scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting for banking-related accounts. You will analyze volumes and headcount data, develop reports in Excel, and collaborate with operations on staffing plans.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years WFM experience in a contact center, strong numerical skills, and willingness to work onsite with UK time shifts in a Philippine-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1–2 years of Workforce Management experience in a contact center/BPO environment.
• 2–4 years of overall work experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent MS Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and reporting.
• Experience using Workforce Management software for scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Banking/Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
• Exposure to UK, US, or AU banking accounts is an advantage.
• Willing to work 100% onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City.
• Willing to work shifting schedules aligned with UK time.
