Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced MIS Executive to support reporting, data management, and operational performance in a BPO contact center. The role emphasizes Excel mastery and creating dashboards to drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of MIS/reporting experience, 2+ years in contact center/WFM contexts, and a keen eye for data accuracy. Work is 100% onsite at Eton Centris, with a shifting schedule and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of reporting/MIS experience in a BPO environment.
• - At least 2 years of experience supporting contact center or WFM operations.
• - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience creating reports and dashboards.
• - Knowledge of contact center and WFM metrics is preferred.
• - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
