Job summary

Innovato Information Technology Solutions is seeking an MIS Technical Support Team Lead to direct day-to-day MIS operations, including hardware, software, network, and POS systems across head office and stores. The role requires strong service desk and ticketing experience, proven leadership of a 16-20 member team, and the ability to deliver timely updates and improvements to MIS processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service Support, Desktop PC Helpdesk, Networking and Project Management.
• Experience with Service Desk Administration.
• Experience with Ticketing System.
• Experience with IT Asset Management Administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, quality MIS technical support across hardware, software, networks and POS systems.
• Manages MIS Helpdesk operations and service levels with internal and external customers.
• Coordinates with internal/external stakeholders to scope and execute IT projects.
• Documents IT processes, workflows, and policies, and shares best practices.
• Leads infrastructure POC activities including RFIs and RFPs to third-party providers.
• Mentors and guides MIS 1st level support teams at head office and stores.
• Provides weekly/monthly status updates on projects and issues.
• Supports planning for IT infrastructure improvements and upgrade path.
