Intelligent Technical Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Team Lead to manage an operations team, delegate work, and report performance to Service Managers. The role blends technical leadership with people management to drive service excellence across reactive and proactive tasks.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, acting as escalation point, and coaching technicians. Requirements include 3+ years supervisory or 5+ years IT experience, strong communication, and willingness

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience or 5+ years in IT support or similar technical role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Ability to lead teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Willingness to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.
• NBI clearance required for PH applicants.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, delegate workload, and manage shift coverage.
• Act as escalation point for complex tickets and high-priority issues.
• Monitor queue health and team performance; report to Service Managers.
• Oversee proactive maintenance tasks and remediation activities.
• Facilitate weekly L10 meetings and team reporting; maintain scorecards.
• Provide coaching through monthly 1-on-1 sessions and RCA follow-ups.
