Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/IT/CE is required.
• Experience with SDLC and process improvement methods preferred.
• Data visualization and database management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and secure head office data, hardware, network, and internet resources.
• Perform in-depth hardware diagnosis, repairs, and updates to ensure reliability.
• Assist in system configuration, UAT, and end-user training as needed.
• Prepare technical documentation and support cross-functional IT/operations teams.
