Accurately calculate and process payroll, maintain records, ensure compliance, and verify payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Track and record employee overtime and other payroll elements
• Track and record pay‑for‑performance (P4P) and other process incentives
• Prepare and process payroll promptly according to established timelines
• Enter and maintain accurate employee payroll information in the system
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
• Address and resolve payroll‑related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently
• Generate payroll reports and summaries for internal use and audits

Qualifications

Technical Skills (Intermediate to Expert Knowledge):

• MS Excel

Technical Skills (Novice to Intermediate Knowledge):

• MS VBA, MS Access, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, and other MS Office applications
