Job summary

Innodata Inc. is seeking an MIS Analyst to transform operational data into accurate, timely management information in the Philippines.

You will work with data from multiple systems, build recurring and ad hoc reports, analyze performance trends and provide insights to support Delivery, Quality, Project Management and Operations teams. You’ll leverage Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query and Power Automate to automate workflows and drive data-driven decisions, collaborating with cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrated reporting/analytical capability.
2–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting or BI related fields are valued.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and deliver recurring operational and management reports.
Build reporting workbooks, models and templates using advanced Excel.
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
Establish and maintain standardized KPI and performance reporting frameworks.
Provide timely and actionable insights to support business decisions.
