Infosys BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch is seeking an Associate MIS (Management Information Specialist) in BGC Taguig. This role starts with creating forecasts and staffing models, providing analytical support for business initiatives, market conditions, and data-driven decision making.

The Associate MIS will build relationships with business partners, deliver insights through Power BI-based reports, and help optimize forecasting, scheduling, and reporting processes in a shifting onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3 years MIS/RTA experience, preferably in BPO/Shared Services.
• Exposure to Scheduling, Capacity planning, Forecasting and Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create forecast and staffing models to ensure optimal staffing for business partners.
• Provide analytical support for business initiatives, market conditions, and data-driven recommendations.
