We’re looking for an MIS Analyst who can transform operational data into accurate, timely and actionable management information. You’ll work with data from multiple systems, build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, analyze performance trends and provide insights that help Delivery, Quality, Project Management and Operations teams make informed decisions.
What You’ll Do
Reporting & Management Information
- Develop, maintain and deliver recurring operational and management reports
- Build reporting workbooks, models and templates using advanced Excel
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities and risks
- Establish and maintain standardized KPI and performance reporting frameworks
- Provide timely and actionable insights to support business decisions
Data Management & Quality
- Collect, clean, validate and transform data from multiple sources and systems
- Prepare exported data for analysis and reporting
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, completeness and integrity
- Conduct data audits and reconciliations to strengthen reporting reliability
- Maintain documentation for data definitions, processes and reporting methodologies
- Support data governance through adherence to established standards and controls
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify drivers of operational performance gaps
- Partner with Project Management, Delivery, Quality and Operations teams to interpret performance data
- Translate business requirements into practical analytical and reporting solutions
- Support business improvement initiatives through fact-based analysis and performance measurement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and stakeholder visibility
- Reduce manual reporting effort through Excel and Microsoft tools such as Power Query and Power Automate
- Work with the Analytics team to streamline recurring reports and workflows
- Support AI and automation initiatives through data preparation, validation and performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated reporting and analytical capability is highly valued
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, business intelligence, data analytics or a related field
- Experience producing recurring reports for business stakeholders
- Experience managing the end-to-end reporting cycle from data extraction and validation to final reporting or visualization
- Experience working with large datasets and structured data validation processes
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, HRIS or other enterprise systems is an advantage
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel is a key requirement. You should be highly comfortable using Excel for analysis, modeling, reconciliation and recurring report production.
Experience with:
- Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Power Query and Power Automate
- SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Data structures, databases and reporting processes
Certifications such Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert, Microsoft PL-300 or Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt are an advantage but not required.
