Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro is hiring a Mill Operator to operate and monitor plant milling equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production.

The ideal candidate is a technical graduate, able to follow SOPs, work on shifts, and communicate effectively with the team to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or any related technical course.
• Experience in plant or mill operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic machine operation and production processes.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Detail oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant milling equipment to ensure safe and continuous production.
• Follow production parameters and SOPs to maintain output quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to address equipment issues.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report abnormalities.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.

Job Summary

The Mill Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring plant milling equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous production. This role ensures that production parameters are followed, materials are processed correctly, and equipment is maintained in good working condition to support consistent plant output.
