Job summary

You will ensure production parameters are followed, materials are processed correctly, and equipment is kept in good working condition to support consistent output.

The ideal candidate is a technical graduate with plant/mill operations experience or familiarity with standard operating procedures, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or related technical course.
• Experience in plant or mill operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic machine operation and production processes.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs.
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
