Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, supervise the team, and ensure machinery and systems run safely and efficiently to support continuous production.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, maintain records, and drive improvements while upholding safety standards in a dynamic Dressing Plant environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical or related field is required.
3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or industrial operations.
Strong knowledge of machinery and preventive maintenance.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Good problem-solving skills and safety-focused mindset.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and auxiliary systems.
Ensure critical systems are operational and downtime is minimized.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Identify improvements in equipment performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

The Plant Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance operations, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and safely. This role is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring minimal downtime to support uninterrupted production.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related course
At least 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or industrial operations
Strong knowledge of machinery, mechanical and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance
Leadership and team management skills
Proficient in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and safety standards
