GAMA Foods Corporation in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Philippines is hiring a Plant Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment in the Dressing Plant, ensuring safe, efficient operation with minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree in electro-mechanical or related fields, experience in plant maintenance or equipment troubleshooting, and good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work in cold section operations is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of electro-mechanical or related technical course.
• Experience in mechanical repair or equipment troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of motors, conveyors and industrial machinery.
• Willing to work in cold section operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Summary

The Plant Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment in the Dressing Plant. This role ensures that all machines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime to support continuous plant operations. The position requires hands on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to mechanical concerns.

Requirements

• Graduate of Electro Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related technical course
• Experience in mechanical repair, plant maintenance, or equipment troubleshooting is an advantage
• Knowledge in mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and industrial machinery
• Skilled in preventive maintenance and basic mechanical diagnostics
• Willing to work in cold section operations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
