People Profilers Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Relationship Manager to grow and manage a profitable SME portfolio in a banking environment. You will acquire new clients, retain existing relationships, and deliver credit solutions aligned with risk appetite.

You will collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance and Product teams to ensure quality lending decisions while driving revenue growth and portfolio returns.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of SME/Commercial Banking experience.
• Proven ability to grow and manage enterprise portfolios.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, credit assessment and lending structuring.

Aufgaben

• Achieve individual and team targets by acquiring, growing and retaining profitable SME/Commercial Banking customers.
• Formulate account plans and structure appropriate credit facilities.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage a growing portfolio.
• Market and sell Trade Services, Cash Management, Lending, FX and Wealth products.
• Prepare credit proposals and conduct timely annual reviews.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure quality lending decisions.
