Maybank Philippines is seeking an Account Officer for SME to acquire, develop and manage profitable SME relationships, prospect new-to-bank opportunities, assess creditworthiness, and package suitable credit facilities.

You will cross-sell bank products, ensure timely account servicing and renewals, and support SME Banking growth while maintaining risk discipline.

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience required; banking lending, account management and credit evaluation are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and management capabilities.
• Banking experience with lending, account management, and credit evaluation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new SME clients and develop profitable relationships.
• Grow existing portfolio with line increases and cross-sells.
• Assess creditworthiness and prepare credit proposals.
• Coordinate account implementation and servicing with internal units.
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage renewals to preserve asset quality.
