Job description

As Mid-Level Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects with a particular focus on websites, CRM, system improvements, integrations, and innovation projects.

You'll work closely with management, marketing, developers, operations, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, technically confident, and comfortable managing multiple projects while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end website and CRM development, updates, and improvement projects, from requirements gathering through to testing and deployment.

• Plan and coordinate digital innovation and technology projects designed to improve customer experience, operations, and internal processes.

• Work closely with developers, marketing, operations, and management to define project requirements, scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable tasks for developers and technical teams.

• Manage project schedules, task assignments, dependencies, and milestones to keep projects on track.

• Maintain and prioritise development backlogs for website, CRM, and system improvements.

• Coordinate website enhancements, landing pages, forms, integrations, and other digital functionality.

• Oversee CRM enhancements, workflows, automation, integrations, and process improvements.

• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve existing business processes through technology.

• Coordinate third-party platforms, APIs, and system integrations, where required.

• Manage testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before updates and new features are released.

• Identify project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them.

• Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for projects, systems, processes, and new functionality.

• Provide clear and regular project updates to management and key stakeholders.

• Review completed work to ensure it meets agreed business requirements and quality standards.

• Support the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, where they can improve business efficiency or customer experience.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve websites, CRM systems, and the broader digital ecosystem.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management, preferably managing digital, technology, website, software, or CRM projects.

• Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning and requirements gathering through to implementation and launch.

• Experience working directly with developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of website development and CRM systems.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and proactively follow up on deliverables.

Highly Regarded

• Experience with WordPress websites.

• Experience with Zoho CRM.

• Experience managing custom-built CRM or business management systems.

• Familiarity with APIs and third-party system integrations.

• Experience with workflow automation and AI-powered business tools.
