Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Maintain and update the company website for functionality, user experience and SEO
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security
• Collaborate with teams to enhance features and usability

CRM Management

• Manage CRM setup, customization, and data integrity
• Automate workflows and generate reports
• Use CRM data to inform targeted marketing and sales strategies

Collaboration & Strategy

• Align website and CRM functions with marketing, sales, and customer service goals
• Develop strategies for lead generation, customer retention, and data‑driven campaigns
• Integrate the website and CRM for a seamless customer experience

Project Management

• Lead website redesigns, CRM upgrades, and feature implementations
• Manage timelines and testing of new functionalities
• Preferred: relevant certifications; degree not required
• Experience: less than 1 year in project management
• Skills: strong communication, knowledge of website development (frontend/backend), programming, database management, and WordPress familiarity
