Job summary

Booth is seeking a Microsoft Licensing Specialist to provide end-to-end sales and operational support, including quoting, contract creation, and order management. You will coordinate with Microsoft, the Sales team, and Softchoice customers to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires at least two years in an IT-related business, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Microsoft licensing. Proficiency in Office apps, Salesforce, and SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process quotes, licensing contracts, and orders in line with established SLAs.
• Provide proactive communication to stakeholders regarding the status of contracts, quotes, and orders.
• Ensure licensing compliance with contractual obligations.
• Create, submit, and confirm contracts and orders, including invoicing of Microsoft orders.
• Provide timely resolution of PO, pricing, quoting, and contract discrepancies.
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
• Identify and resolve licensing issues and educate internal teams and customers as needed.
• Suggest workflow improvements to enhance customer support.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (NSAT & CSAT).
• Stay current with Microsoft licensing changes and processes.

• Foster an environment of continuous improvement by actively identifying workflow issues that impact our ability to properly support customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (NSAT & CSAT).
• Remain current with Microsoft licensing and process changes, both internally and externally.
