Job summary

Booth is seeking a Microsoft Licensing Specialist to provide end-to-end sales and operational support, including quotes, contracts, orders, and management. You will engage with Microsoft, the Sales team, and Softchoice customers to create a seamless experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in an IT-related field, a strong commitment to customer service, and familiarity with licensing concepts. Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to SFDC or SAP are a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of business experience in an IT-related industry.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills with ownership to drive resolution.
High level of attention to detail and ability to reprioritize under pressure.
Microsoft Licensing knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

Ensure quotes, licensing contracts, and orders are completed accurately and in line with established SLAs.
Provide proactive communication to stakeholders regarding the status of contracts, quotes, and orders.
Ensure customer compliance with contractual and licensing obligations.
Create, submit, and confirm contracts and orders, including the invoicing of Microsoft orders.
Provide timely resolution of purchase order, pricing, quoting, and contract discrepancies.
Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
Effectively identify and resolve licensing issues, including educating internal team members and Softchoice customers as necessary.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement by identifying workflow issues affecting support.
Maintain high NSAT & CSAT scores.
Remain current with Microsoft licensing and process changes.
