Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to build, test, and optimize workflow automations within the Microsoft ecosystem, across Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.

You will gather requirements from business units, translate them into digital workflows, troubleshoot issues, update documentation, and explore AI enhancements like Copilot to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience creating or supporting basic digital business automations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent troubleshooting ability.
• Fast learner with ability to quickly pick up new software.
• High attention to detail when mapping data and configuring workflows.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As aProject Management Office (PMO) - Specialist, you will:

• Build, test, and support workflow automations and cloud solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Manage and configure team spaces, document repositories, and communication channels across Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Gather operational requirements from business units and translate them into functional digital workflows or applications.
• Troubleshoot system errors, debug automation failures, and perform root-cause analysis on broken workflows.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and suggest automated, tech-driven improvements.
• Review and update technical documentation, user guides, and configuration notes for internal systems.
• Explore and integrate emerging AI capabilities, such as Microsoft Copilot, to enhance workforce productivity.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Microsoft Ecosystem Proficiency: Direct hands-on exposure working with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Automation Fundamentals: Foundational experience creating, editing, or supporting basic digital business automations.
• Technical Problem Solving: Strong systems aptitude with a proven ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues.
• Adaptive Learning: Self-motivated mindset with a track record of quickly learning and adopting new software and technologies.
• Detail Orientation: High attention to detail when mapping data fields and configuring system workflows to ensure data integrity.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Practical development experience using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to build custom tools.
• Hands-on experience implementing or utilizing Microsoft Copilot and similar generative AI tools in a workspace.
• Core background in corporate IT support, business systems administration, or database management.
• Experience working within a professional services firm or contributing to structured continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
