Job summary

Aviation Partnership Philippines seeks a capable MOC Planning Engineer to provide strategic planning and legal-supported governance across the organization. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance plans, resources, and fleet activity to ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will generate KPI reports, forecast manpower and materials, and integrate fleet expansion plans into resource forecasts while adhering to MOC safety mandates and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of planning engineering experience.
• Completion of mandatory training in Aircraft Planning Manual (APM).
• Training in aircraft type rating/general familiarization, SMS Level 1, HFEM, and AMOS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on maintenance plans and resource requirements
• Review manpower, materials, and machine availability for workload packages
• Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports to monitor compliance and performance
• Consolidate and schedule maintenance activities in accordance with the fleet plan
• Perform post-check analysis of workload execution to identify lessons learned
• Review customer fleet expansion plans and integrate into resource forecasts
• Ensure compliance with MOC responsibilities and safety mandates
• Perform other duties as assigned by the MOC Supervisor

The responsibilities of an MES Planning Engineer are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on maintenance plans and resource requirements
• Review manpower, materials, and machine availability for workload packages
• Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports to monitor compliance and performance
• Consolidate and schedule maintenance activities in accordance with the fleet plan
• Perform post-check analysis of workload execution to identify lessons learned
• Review customer fleet expansion plans and integrate into resource forecasts
• Ensure compliance with MOC responsibilities and safety mandates
• Perform other duties as assigned by the MOC Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Avionics, or related field
• At least 2 years of planning engineering experience
• Completion of mandatory training stipulated in the Aircraft Planning Manual (APM)
• Training in aircraft type rating/general familiarization, leadership, SMS Level 1, HFEM, and AMOS
• Ongoing professional development encouraged (e.g., project management, advanced planning courses)
