Job summary

San Miguel Global Power is seeking a Maintenance Planning Engineer for our Limay, Bataan plant to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

The role focuses on maintenance planning, Work Order management, CMMS administration, and outage planning, with collaboration across Maintenance, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure resources are available and maintenance activities run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Licensed mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineer with 2–3 years in industrial ops or maintenance planning.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage Work Orders and coordinate shutdown/outage planning.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and support maintenance improvement initiatives.
• Plan spare parts and coordinate with procurement/warehouse and third-party providers.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Technical Services, Procurement, Warehouse and external service providers to ensure timely and effective execution.

Job description

We are looking for a Maintenance Planning Engineer to support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities at our Limay, Bataan plant.

The role is responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling, Work Order management, preventive and corrective maintenance, shutdown/outage planning, CMMS management, maintenance KPI monitoring, spare parts planning, and maintenance improvement initiatives.

The position will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Technical Services, Procurement, Warehouse, and third-party service providers to ensure maintenance activities are properly planned, resourced, coordinated, and executed.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in industrial operations, maintenance, or maintenance planning. Experience in the power industry is highly preferred.

Candidates should have knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance planning and scheduling, CMMS, plant maintenance, and Microsoft Office.
