Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• FAA A&P license is preferred but not required.
• 15+ years in aviation industry, preferably in planning.
• Experience liaising with CAAP/FAA/EASA/CAAC or similar bodies.
• Supervisory experience and vendor management in both domestic and international contexts.
• Experience with MRO systems and ERP tools (CAMP, CMP, Flight Docs, SAP/IFS/Corridor/CAFAM).
• Strong MS Excel and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate MSO estimates and work pack builds per company standards.
• Communicate with GM, Sales and Operations to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Regularly report planning department progress and workload.
• Provide costed maintenance estimates (Base/Line/Drop-in/AOG).
• Develop work packs compliant with MRO regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate pre-scheduled maintenance activities and third-party services.
• Monitor budget usage and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc dashboards and reports for management.
• Ensure airworthiness directives and service bulletins are incorporated.
• Record completed tasks in the business system and review invoices for accuracy.
• Provide 3-month projections of man-hours, hangar capacity, and workload.
• Mentor and develop staff.
• Perform additional tasks as required by MRO Ops/Planning.
