Job summary

Billease is seeking a Sales Leader in the Philippines to visit POS locations daily, nurture merchant relationships, and drive sales performance across the area. You will oversee Sales Associates, plan shifts, train staff, and implement fraud controls while maintaining strong execution standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in sales with at least 1 year in leadership, plus strong communication and organizational skills and market awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, customer service, or similar role; 1 year leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of local market trends and business practices.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Commitment to ethical behavior and integrity in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Visit POS locations daily to maintain relationships with Billease merchant partner stores and address inquiries and promos.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of sales performance of assigned Sales Associates.
• Identify sales initiatives to drive team sales and improve execution of these initiatives.
• Efficiently control and manage Sales Associates.
• Implement risk controls to prevent fraud.
• Oversee hiring and training of Sales Associates and ensure skills development.
• Plan shifts to maximize staffing on weekends and peak seasons.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations at Billease partner stores.
• Conduct regular meetings with Sales Associates.
• Manage distribution of Billease instore collaterals to partner stores.
• Prepare regular tracking sales reports and analyze daily, weekly and monthly data.
