Job summary

Skyro is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional in the Philippines to acquire and onboard SME merchants and manage end-to-end sales processes. You will lead lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and the implementation of marketing programs to grow the online merchant network.

You will build strong relationships with clients and partners, track opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and business improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Retail, Brand, Electronics.
• Comfortable conducting client presentations both face-to-face and virtually.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Well-spoken, organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• A proactive go-getter with a passion for collaboration and driving business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard SME merchants to grow the company’s online merchant network.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and implementation of strategic marketing programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchant partners.
• Develop rapport with key merchant stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Track business opportunities, merchant inquiries, and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support merchant onboarding and business improvements.
• Participate in business meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.
• Review sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines.
• Provide merchant aftersales support to ensure a positive partner experience.
• Help drive the continuous growth of the company’s online business.
