Job summary

We are seeking a sales-oriented professional to acquire and onboard SME merchants, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting partnerships with merchant partners.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales, strong presentation and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in Retail, Brand, Electronics or related fields.
• Ability to present to clients both in person and virtually.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Well-organized, analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Proactive go-getter with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard SME merchants to grow the online merchant network.
• Manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, implementation of marketing programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchant partners.
• Develop rapport with key merchant stakeholders for long-term partnerships.
• Track opportunities, inquiries, and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and business improvements.
• Provide updates to key stakeholders and participate in business meetings.
• Review sales contracts for compliance with legal and company guidelines.
• Provide merchant aftersales support to ensure positive partner experience.
• Help drive continuous growth of the online business.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
