Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in retail, brand, electronics sectors.
• Comfortable presenting to clients face-to-face or virtually.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Well-spoken, organized, analytical, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Proactive go-getter with a passion for collaboration and driving business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard SME merchants to grow the online merchant network.
• Manage end-to-end sales process: lead gen, client presentations, negotiations, marketing programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners.
• Develop rapport with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Track opportunities, inquiries, and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and improvements.
• Participate in business meetings and provide stakeholder updates.
• Review sales contracts for compliance with legal and company guidelines.
• Provide merchant aftersales support for a positive partner experience.
• Help drive continuous growth of the online business.
