Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in merchant acquisition, partnerships, or business development in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Familiarity with QRPH, POS systems, online payment gateways, or digital wallets.
• Exposure to SMEs, enterprise clients, and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset — you take initiative, make decisions, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
• Solid understanding of KYC/AML requirements and BSP regulations.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• CRM-savvy, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and acquire new merchants aligned with growth strategy.
• Lead onboarding process for new merchants, including kickoff calls and training.
• Build and maintain long-term merchant relationships with timely support.
• Own onboarding journey by managing timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Understand merchant needs to deliver tailored onboarding experiences.
• Collaborate with support teams to streamline onboarding processes.
• Gather merchant feedback to suggest process improvements and product enhancements.
• Perform other related tasks and special projects for business development.
