Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Field Sales Agent in Marilao to acquire new merchants and promote BukuPay digital payment solutions. You will build strong relationships, ensure activation and ongoing usage, and provide regular sales progress updates from the field.

The role requires traveling within the assigned area, a strong merchant network, and excellent negotiation and communication skills to meet targets and drive transaction growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in payments/fintech/b banking with focus on merchant acquisition.
• Good understanding of QRPh, EDC, and POS systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to acquire merchants in local markets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchants in line with area targets.
• Promote BukuPay products (QRPh, EDC, POS).
• Conduct regular field visits for activation and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain merchant relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Manage merchant acquisition pipeline and provide sales progress reports.
• Identify market potential and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and issue resolution.
• Ensure acquisition quality per company standards.
