BDO Unibank, Inc. in Abra is seeking a Branch Operations professional to handle over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and related transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

You will support customers, promote bank products, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while performing end-of-day routines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
• At least 1 year of branch operations experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications is required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills are needed.
• Strong interpersonal and people management abilities are important.
• Good problem solving and numerical skills are necessary.
• Willing to work onsite in LSO Abra.

Responsabilidades

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to bank clients; may promote bank products and services.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties as required from time to time.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over the counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other miscellaneous transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• • Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• • Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting/offering bank’s products and services.
• • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• • Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• • Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
• • Proficiency in Computer and business applications
• • Effective oral and written communication skills
• • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• • Effective interpersonal and people management skills
• • Good problem solving and numerical skills
• • Willing to work onsite in LSO Abra.
