Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a customer service professional to provide excellent service to retail customers, accredited merchants, and the public through phone, email, fax and social media.

You will handle inquiries and requests related to bank accounts, deposits, loans, cards, remittance, and online banking. You will escalate issues to a supervisor, submit required reports, comply with bank policies, maintain an organized workstation, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Handles and provides quality service, support, and fulfillment to customer inquiries, requests, concerns
• Escalates customer concerns, work system issues and any problem encountered to his/her immediate superior to facilitate resolution
• Submits required reports and documentation to immediate superior related to inquiries, requests and concerns received
• Complies strictly with the bank’s standard policies, procedures and guidelines in the performance of day-to-day tasks to meet the agreed KPI targets and quality standards at all times
• Keep and maintain an organized workstation, office equipment, office supplies and tools
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time
