Job summary

Linkage Foods Ventures Corporation in Pasig City seeks a Merchandising Operations Supervisor to lead the merchandising team, drive retail KPIs, and build a motivated workforce across merchandisers, coordinators, and back-end staff.

You will shape policies, manage recruitment and retention with agency partners, ensure planograms and promotions are executed, and perform data analysis to optimize on-shelf availability and product placement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in handling manpower, particularly merchandisers (at least 50 headcounts).
• Genuine care for people.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of FMCG operations.
• Track record in strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand visibility and availability.
• Knowledgeable in merchandising metrics and KPIs.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City office.
• Proficient in in-store merchandising requirements, policies and processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of merchandising obligations and contract.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop the merchandising team to maximize potential and keep them motivated.
• Strategy, implementation, and enforcement of in-store merchandising requirements, policies, and processes to ensure retail standards are met.
• Collaborate with merchandising agency to recruit merchandisers and coordinators in a timely manner and deploy to stores optimally.
• Work with agency and internal teams to retain, train, motivate, and equip merchandisers and coordinators.
• Ensure retail fundamentals, planograms, marketing initiatives, and product placement meet standards.
• Conduct field visits to ensure execution quality and spot opportunities on trade.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs for each team member to drive performance.
