Job summary

TEVG Food, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities, drive sales targets, and implement sales programs while ensuring strict controls and excellent customer service.

You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, manage cash and equipment, coordinate promotions, monitor inventory and FIFO, and align with company standards to deliver a consistent, high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, HRM, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Preferably an Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Services.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations
• Conduct daily briefings with store staff
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Manage staff schedules, cash funds, and store equipment
• Implement store marketing campaigns such as promotions and tie-ups
• Monitor daily inventory and ensure stock availability
• Monitor product expiration dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) implementation
