Perpet Pilipinas Corp stores are seeking a Store Operations Lead to oversee the entire store and ensure service quality standards. You will analyze performance, drive upselling, manage reports, inventory, and customer issues while maintaining store image and facilities.

The role emphasizes team training, forecasting, cash handling, and ensuring continuous product availability through timely ordering and accurate stock control.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales and volume target by carrying out upselling and suggesting applicable promotions
• Submit departmental reports as scheduled (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Report any incidents that may have impact on the Store's Operations
• Preserve site image and facilities of the Store by keeping the area clean and reporting concerns that may affect functionality of facilities
• Secure and safekeep cash sales of the Store
• Ensure continuous supply of products for selling by carrying out correct forecasting of products based on historical and timely ordering
• Monitor inventory and report Bad Merchandises and Inventory Variances accordingly
• Handle and effectively resolve customer complaints
• Receive products according to approved policies and procedures
• Train new members of the Team and monitor performance
