Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or field sales operations, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail execution, merchandising standards, and field operations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
