The Division Merchandising Manager (DMM) provides strategic leadership to the merchandising organization as well as key cross-functional departments in developing and executing a profitable, customer-focused merchandising strategy. As a Division Merchandising Manager, your responsibilities include driving units, revenue, and margin growth along with the day-to-day management of buying and planning while proactively driving the business through customer insights and marketplace knowledge. The successful candidate should be a collaborative leader, leading by example, encouraging buyers to take risks while seeking accountability and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. He/she should be confident, mature, high-energy, with strong business acumen, acute analytical skills, and the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve complex problems.
