Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead analytics and pricing coordination for national stores in Manila. The role focuses on profitability, inventory productivity, and category execution to optimize store performance.

Responsibilities include developing training for store ordering portals, managing stock allocations for new/retrofit openings, and ensuring compliance with HSSE and food safety standards while aligning with international product trends.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in retail or QSR environments, ideally with national franchise exposure.
• Strong ability to calculate and report on revenue, net income, and profit per square meter.
• Deep understanding of category management processes, supply chain logistics, and C-store distribution.
• Proven capacity to negotiate with suppliers and influence internal stakeholders to achieve results.
• Strict adherence to HSSE policies, food safety standards, and regulatory OH&S requirements.

• Coordinate national price changes and ensure distributors provide accurate pricing data to the category team.
• Develop training materials for store ordering portals and ensure retail audit actions are completed with the compliance team.
• Lead supplier activities for new and retrofit store projects, managing stock allocations and store opening standards.
• Manage POS data, supplier rebates, and income tracking while incorporating international product trends into planograms.

Your Role

What You Need
