Job summary

MicroSourcing in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks an Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator to manage product launches on retailer sites, coordinate with teams, and ensure go‑live deadlines during night shifts with remote work options.

You will use Excel templates, retailer portals, and PIM systems to optimize listings, run audits, update specs and imagery, and support inventory across assigned retailers to boost sell‑through.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation, communication, and time-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.).
• Experience with high-volume data and project management.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines; analytical and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage queue and deadlines to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Launch, track, and maintain products on retailer websites.
• Use Excel templates, retailer portals, and/or PIM systems to meet launch requirements.
• Update specifications, pricing, and imagery; ensure go-live within timeframes.
• Analyze content via portals, sales reports, and audits; implement optimisations.
• Collaborate with Brand Content to align retailer requirements and boost sell-through.
• Prepare and format new option templates and imagery templates.
• Audit product pages; verify data display and image availability.
• Handle box links, resize images, count images, rename imagery.
• Inventory outreach, audit, and daily maintenance for retailers/brands.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects related to assortments/retailer requests.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing queue and setting deadlines to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Launching, tracking, and maintaining products on assigned retailer websites.
• Using Excel templates, retailer portals, and/or PIM systems to ensure requirements are met before items launch.
• Processing specification, pricing, and imagery updates, ensuring items go‑live within documented time frames.
• Analyzing content via retailer portals, sales reports, and audits, acting on optimisation strategies.
• Partnering with the Brand Content team to communicate, update, and optimise retailer requirements to boost sell‑through.
• Populating and reformatting new option templates and imagery templates.
• Conducting audits (changing or viewing product page details and comparing to Excel/RS) – verifying data display and imagery availability.
• Creating box links, resizing images, identifying image counts, and renaming imagery.
• Inventory: outreach, audit, and consistent maintenance daily for specific retailers and brands.
• Performing various ad‑hoc projects relevant to assortments and/or retailer requests.
