Job summary

Outsourcey Global, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented PO Processor to join our growing team.

You will manage purchase orders for E-Commerce and stores, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Responsibilities include updating orders, confirming packing lists from vendors, closing orders after delivery, maintaining sizing data, and generating reports for sizing across styles while coordinating with Buying and QA.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin is advantageous.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for E-Commerce and Stores.
• Update current orders with changes.
• Ensure packing lists are received from all vendors prior to shipment and update POs accordingly.
• Close orders promptly after delivery.
• Maintain style sizing data.
• Run sizing reports for all relevant styles and communicate findings to Buying and QA teams.
• Transfer stock from RFC to EFC as requested by Planners to support E-Commerce performance.
• Support weekly transfers of stock from RFC to stores.

Core responsibilities

Process Purchase Orders

• Accurately process purchase orders for E-Commerce and Stores

• Close orders promptly once delivered
• Maintain style sizing data
• Run reports for sizing for all relevant styles and communicate findings to the Buying and QA teams

• Transfer stock effectively from RFC to EFC as requested by Planners to support E-Commerce performance

• Support weekly transfers of stock from RFC to stores
