11. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into engineering practices to improve project outcomes.
12. Enforce health and safety standards within the engineering team and during project execution to ensure a safe working environment.
13. Identify training needs and provide development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering. .
14. Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development in mechanical and electrical engineering practices.
15. Work closely with other engineering disciplines, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems within Project.
