Job summary

De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde in Manila seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead MEPF engineering initiatives for institutional and commercial buildings. You will oversee contractors, manage budgets, schedules, and ensure timely project completion.

The role requires licensed Mechanical Engineer with 5 years in construction/project management, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate multiple trades and present clear technical reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with PM experience in construction projects.
• Experience in institutional and commercial buildings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in MEPF disciplines across projects.
• Manage and oversee contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports and presentations.
• Manage tendering, bid documents, and contract templates for packages.
• Evaluate contractors' billings and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate design reviews and project coordination across trades.
• Lead the team to complete projects by set deadlines.
• Collaborate with designers, administrators, and stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and analyze to execute projects effectively.
• Oversee development, implementation, timelines, and budget.

Your Role

• Provide technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary engineering disciplines
• Manage and oversee contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare presentations and reports
• Manage construction package tendering, prepare bid documents, terms of references, and draft contract templates
• Evaluate contractors and consultants’ billings
• MEPF Design Review and Project coordination
• Provide management leadership to the team and ensure the completion of projects by a set deadline.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, administrators, and stakeholders.
• Execute the project through careful planning, coordination, and analysis.
• Oversees the project development, implementation, timeline, and within budget.
• Conduct and attend regular Project Meetings.
• Review the technical and financial report/s.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Five (5) years of experience in Project Management and Construction Management
• Experience in institutional and commercial buildings
