Qualifications

Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Monitor turnover and project acceptance activities.
Perform all punch listing on behalf of the project proponents.
Attend coordination meetings.
Implementation and control of punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines.
Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues.
Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works.
Operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF system.
Operation and monitoring of all critical parameters.
Ensure strict post construction documentation and project closure.
