Job summary

LBL Prime Properties Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer for Construction Project Management (Building Construction) in Quezon City.

The role focuses on electrical design review, system implementation, and coordination across MEP trades to ensure project milestones and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering, a Registered Electrical Engineer license, and at least 5 years of experience in design and construction with PM activities, bidding, and QA/QC.

Qualifications

BS Electrical Engineering degree is required.
Registered Electrical Engineer license required.
Minimum 5 years in design and construction with PM, bidding/procurement, review of construction plans/specs.
Experience with building construction projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use, or institutional).
Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.

Responsibilities

Review electrical design drawings, shop drawings, technical specs, load schedules, method statements, and submittals.
Implement and supervise electrical systems: power distribution, transformers, panels, switchgear, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other MEPF trades.
Plan project sequencing, work coordination, and monitor schedules.
Identify and resolve design/constructability/site condition issues.
Prepare ITPs and conduct site inspections and quality audits.
Ensure drawn and tested turnover documentation and as-built drawings.
Lead technical discussions and manage site risks and safety.
