Job summary

CWC INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a Project In-Charge - Electrical to oversee electrical and MEPF works at project sites. You will coordinate with contractors, review drawings, and ensure delivery aligns with plans, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 1+ year in electrical construction or project supervision, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year experience in electrical construction or site supervision.
• Knowledge of electrical and MEPF systems (HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection).
• Ability to read electrical, MEPF, architectural and structural plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate electrical and MEPF works at project sites.
• Review drawings and ensure coordination with architectural and structural plans.
• Supervise contractors and site personnel to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, manpower, and material utilization.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical and site issues.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Lead testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover activities.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and required documentation.
