Job summary

A cooperative organization in the Philippines is seeking candidates to handle member recruitment and retention, marketing strategies, and documentation compliance. You will be responsible for engaging with potential members, ensuring accurate subscription agreements, and achieving membership targets. Ideal applicants should possess experience in community services and a strong understanding of marketing principles. The position is located in City of Tacurong, Sultan Kudarat.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership recruitment and retention.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and community services.
• Skills in documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospect members and communicate application statuses.
• Market products and services to gain members.
• Ensure accuracy in membership forms and share subscription agreements.
• Conduct initial counseling for withdrawing members.
• Conduct and achieve membership targets and number of PMEs conducted.
• Market the cooperative's products and services to gain prospect members through collaboration with other agencies and organizations.
• Suggest potential marketing strategies for promotion.
• Provide social services to communities.
• Achieve at least 50% acquisition of loan products and services based on actual recruited members.
• Ensure membership forms and Share Subscription Agreements are accurate and fully accomplished.
• Monitor the increase of Share Capital Subscription.
• Update the Branch Registry Book.
• Conduct initial counseling for withdrawing members.
• Submit transmittal of reports to the Head Office at least twice a month or as necessary.
• Digitally prepare a Share Capital Certificate only for members who have fully paid their subscription.
